Privacy

Your information, handled with care.

Information submitted through this website is used by Martēn Design to review and respond to project inquiries, maintain client and prospective-client records, and understand how visitors find the studio.

Information we collect

We may collect the contact, project and message information you provide, together with basic referral and campaign information associated with your visit.

How it is used

Inquiry information is kept in the studio’s lead-management systems and is not sold. Service providers used for hosting, analytics or customer relationship management may process it only to support these functions.

Your choices

Studio news and invitations are sent only when you choose to subscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time through a link in any communication.

Cookies and measurement

The site records privacy-first page activity without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. This includes page views, campaign parameters, movement between pages, reading-depth milestones and interactions with key links. A random identifier and event sequence are kept only for the current browser session so these actions can be understood as a journey. Session-level events are retained for no more than 90 days and then removed; aggregate counts may be retained longer. These records do not store IP addresses, device data or contact details.

Essential storage supports core website functions. When optional analytics cookies are declined, Google Analytics receives only cookieless consent signals and events. Full Analytics, HubSpot and marketing measurement remain inactive unless you choose to allow them. You can review or change your selection at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

When marketing measurement is allowed, Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API may process campaign identifiers, browser and device information, visited pages and completed inquiry events. Contact details used to match a completed inquiry are cryptographically hashed before they are sent to Meta. Browser and server events share an event identifier so the same inquiry is not counted twice.
